Industrial Revolution 4.0 in Government and Mobility Services

This conference explores the opportunities and challenges brought by the Industrial Revolution 4.0 to the region of Latin America and the Caribbean in the field of public service provision and mobility. It describes how to make use of the innovations, technologies and resources of Industry 4.0 to facilitate people to fulfill their duties as citizens, offer digital media to interact with the State and, finally, improve their quality of life through the dematerialization of procedures.
