The subject of the conference is to present recent activities in the field of autonomous mobility for public transportation, with the example of Daimler. The emphasis will be put on the test drive of the Future Bus in Amsterdam (SAE level 2, automated bus stop, traffic light recognition, obstacle recognition). In this regard, key features of autonomous driving will be presented. The presentation will be closed by an outlook on upcoming activities/challenges.
