Le Ministère des Transports de Colombie a pour mission de garantir le développement et l’amélioration du transport, du transit et de l'infrastructure, d’une manière compétitive et sécuritaire, en veillant à l'intégration des régions, à la croissance économique et au développement social du pays.
 
The mission of the Ministry of Transport of Colombia consists in developping and improving transportation, road transit and infrastructure on an efficient and secure basis, while ensuring that regions are being integrated, as well as both economic growth and social development of the country are effective.
