Compte tenu de l’annonce relative à l’évolution du plan d’affaires du Programme de reconnaissance des écoles de conduite, ce bulletin vise à informer les écoles de conduite que l’AQTr retire de son processus l’émission de la carte de certification du formateur.
Ainsi, l’AQTr atteste et confirme que toute carte de formateur étant présentement en circulation et détenue par un formateur certifié, actif (à l’emploi à titre de formateur dans une école de conduite reconnue) et n’ayant fait l’objet d’aucune suspension ou révocation est considérée comme valide.
De plus, pour tout formateur nouvellement certifié en 2021 ou n’ayant pas reçu sa carte de formateur durant l’année 2020, l’AQTr émettra une lettre de confirmation de certification, laquelle remplacera l’émission de la carte de formateur et fera foi de la certification de ce dernier.
Cette lettre devra être conservée par le formateur concerné tant et aussi longtemps que sa certification sera valide et qu’il sera à l’emploi à titre de formateur pour une école de conduite reconnue.
News Bulletin # 7 – 2021: Message from the AQTr – Replacement of the Training Officer Cards
In light of the announcement regarding the evolution of the Driving School Accreditation Program’s business plan, this news bulletin is to inform driving schools that the AQTr is withdrawing the issuance of the training officer certification card from its process.
As such, the AQTr certifies and confirms that any training officer card that is currently in circulation and held by a certified, active (employed as an in-car and/or in-class instructor at a recognized driving school) and unsuspended or unrevoked training officer is considered valid.
In addition, for any training officer who is newly certified in 2021 or who has not received their training officer card during the year 2020, the AQTr will issue a letter of confirmation of certification, which will replace the issuance of the training officer card and which is proof of the trainer's certification.
This letter must be kept by the concerned training officer for as long as his or her certification is valid and as long as she or he is employed as a training officer at a recognized driving school.
