Le présent bulletin vise à vous informer d’une modification apportée en ce qui concerne les éléments de sécurité devant être présents sur le sceau de l’attestation de cours de conduite.
Tel que mentionné dans la procédure de l’AQTr, le sceau doit être embossé et contenir la mention « École de conduite reconnue par l’AQTr » dans le contour du sceau.
De plus, le sceau doit contenir un des éléments suivants :

Nom de l’école
-
Nom de l’entreprise au REQ
-
Numéro de reconnaissance de l’école
-
Nom du regroupement*.
*L’école qui choisit d’apposer un sceau avec le nom de son regroupement doit avoir une attestation comportant un entête de ce regroupement ou avoir le nom de ce regroupement dans la section identifiant l’école. Ainsi, le préposé en centre de services sera en mesure de faire le lien entre le sceau et l’entête ou la section identifiant l’école. Si aucun lien ne peut être fait, l’attestation de l’élève sera refusée.
Une fois que le ou les sceaux seront fabriqués, vous devez faire parvenir à l’AQTr, par la poste, une feuille identifiée à votre école avec l’empreinte du ou des sceaux produits afin de l’insérer dans votre dossier.
News Bulletin from the AQTr # 20 – 2016: Message from the SAAQ - Seal on Driving School Attestation
The present news bulletin is to inform driving schools of changes that were brought concerning security items that are required on driving schools attestation seals.
As it is mentioned in the procedure of the AQTr, the seal must be embossed and contain the mention “École de conduite reconnue par l’AQTr” on its edge.
Moreover, the seal must include one of the following items:

The name of the driving school
-
The name of the company in Québec Enterprise Register (REQ)

The number of recognition of the school
-
The name of the group of driving schools to which the school belongs*.
* If a driving school choses this option, it must also have a driving course attestation showing either the header or the name of the group of schools in the section identifying the school. Therefore, service outlets employees will be able to make links between the seal and the header or the section identifying the school. If none is possible, the student’s driving course attestation will be denied.
Once the seal(s) is/are produced, please send by mail to the AQTr a sheet of paper on which there is an imprint of the seal(s). Also, please write down on the same sheet the name of your driving school in order for the AQTr to update your driving school file.
