Dans le présent bulletin, la Société de l’assurance automobile du Québec (SAAQ) souhaite informer les écoles de conduite des changements touchant le montant maximum exigible pour suivre le cours de conduite obligatoire pour l’obtention du permis de conduire de la classe 5.
À cet effet, la SAAQ désire vous informer que le Règlement modifiant le Règlement sur les permis qui porte sur le montant maximum exigible pour suivre le cours de conduite obligatoire passe de 825 $ à 937 $, tel que publié dans la Gazette officielle du Québec du 25 mars dernier.
Par conséquent et selon les procédures habituelles, le règlement entre en vigueur le 9 avril 2020. Ainsi, le nouveau tarif pourra être appliqué par les écoles de conduite à compter de cette date.
News Bulletin # 17 – 2020: Message from the SAAQ – Modification to the Maximum Payable Amount for the Class 5 RSEP Driving Course
Through this news bulletin, the Société de l'assurance automobile du Québec (SAAQ) wishes to inform driving schools of changes affecting the maximum payable amount to take the mandatory driving course to obtain a Class 5 driver's licence.
To this effect, the SAAQ wishes to inform you that the Regulation amending the Regulation respecting licences with regard to the maximum payable amount to take the mandatory driving course has been increased from $825 to $937, as published in the Gazette officielle du Québec on March 25th, 2020.
Consequently and according to the usual procedures, the regulation comes into force on April 9th, 2020. Thus, the new rate can be applied by driving schools as of that date.
