In California Bay Area, we are experiencing more congestion. As population and the economy continues to grow, more people are traveling to and from work. We have a multifaceted approach to congestion relief and plan to deploy the program on Interstate 680 in our county. I will explain about the grant application and what we plan to accomplish with the ACTMTD grant and how it fits into the multifaceted congestion relief program over the next three years.
